Green Green Grass

Grown in the ancient tea gardens of Yunnan Province, China, this elegant green tea showcases the region’s rich tea heritage and distinctive character. Carefully crafted from delicate leaves, it produces a bright golden infusion with a smooth, refreshing flavour. Notes of fresh vegetation, gentle sweetness and subtle floral undertones create a beautifully balanced cup with a clean, lingering finish.

Brewing Guide:
Use 1-2 teaspoon per cup. Bring freshly drawn water to the boil, then allow it to cool for 2–3 minutes to reach around 80–85°C. Infuse for 2–3 minutes, allowing the leaves to gently unfurl and release their delicate flavour. Best enjoyed without milk.

Cold Brew Guide:
Use 1–2 teaspoons per 350ml of cold water. Infuse in the refrigerator for 4–8 hours for a smooth, refreshing green tea with delicate floral and sweet notes. Strain before serving over ice.
