Assam BOP

A classic Indian black tea from the lush Assam region of north-east India, renowned for producing some of the world’s finest strong and malty teas. Broken Orange Pekoe (BOP) refers to the smaller broken leaves, which release their flavour quickly and create a rich, full-bodied infusion. This tea produces a deep amber cup with bold malty notes, gentle sweetness and a smooth, satisfying finish, making it an excellent choice for a traditional morning tea.

Brewing Guide:
Use 1–2 teaspoons per cup. Infuse with freshly boiled water at 95–100°C for 3–5 minutes. Enjoy with or without milk, although milk complements the rich maltiness particularly well.
