Assam Chai

The rich, full-bodied tea base is beautifully balanced with warming ginger, fragrant cardamom, sweet liquorice root and aromatic fennel, while cinnamon and delicate rose petals add depth and a refined finish. Brewing Guide:
Use 1–2 teaspoons per cup. Infuse with freshly boiled water at 95–100°C for 4–5 minutes. For a traditional chai, simmer with milk and a little sweetener after brewing to create a rich, warming spiced drink.

Not recommended as an Cold Brew . The warming spices and rich Assam tea base are best appreciated when brewed hot, allowing the full depth of flavour to develop.
