Brewing Guide:
Use 1–2 teaspoons per cup. Infuse with freshly boiled water at 95–100°C for 5–7 minutes to allow the full herbal character and delicate floral aromas to develop. Best enjoyed without milk.

Not recommended as an Cold Brew . The delicate floral ingredients and valerian root are best appreciated when gently infused with hot water.
