Cocoa

A rich and comforting herbal infusion made from the delicate outer husks of the cocoa bean. Traditionally valued for its naturally chocolatey aroma, cocoa husk creates a smooth amber infusion with gentle roasted notes, subtle sweetness and a warm, indulgent character reminiscent of fine cocoa. A naturally caffeine-free alternative to traditional teas, it offers a luxurious chocolate experience without the richness of a hot chocolate.

Brewing Guide:
Use 1–2 teaspoons per cup. Infuse with freshly boiled water at 95–100°C for 5–7 minutes to allow the full chocolate aroma and flavour to develop. Best enjoyed without milk.
