Brewing Instructions: Use 1-2 teaspoon per cup. Infuse with freshly boiled water for 5–7 minutes to release the gentle floral aromas and soothing character of chamomile, lemon balm, rose and lavender. Best enjoyed in the evening as a calming herbal infusion.

Cold Brew Guide:
Use 1–2 teaspoons per 350ml of cold water. Infuse in the refrigerator for 6–8 hours, or overnight for a refreshing floral infusion. Strain before serving over ice.
