Earl Grey

A refined blend of fine Chinese, Darjeeling, Ceylon and Assam black teas, delicately scented with the distinctive citrus fragrance of bergamot. The carefully selected large leaves create a beautifully balanced cup, combining the depth and richness of classic black teas with the fresh, aromatic character of bergamot. The result is a light, bright infusion with a smooth finish and an elegant, lingering fragrance.

Brewing Guide:
Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup. Infuse with freshly boiled water at 95–100°C for 3–5 minutes. Best enjoyed without milk to appreciate the delicate bergamot aroma, although a splash of milk may be added for a richer cup if preferred.

Cold Brew Guide:
Use 1–2 teaspoons per 350ml of cold water. Infuse in the refrigerator for 6–8 hours, or overnight for a smooth, refreshing Cold Brew with delicate citrus notes. Strain before serving over ice.
