Lapsang Souchong is one of China's oldest and most distinctive black teas, originating in the Wuyi Mountains of Fujian Province. Traditionally, the tea leaves are withered, rolled and carefully dried over smouldering pinewood fires, giving the tea its unmistakable smoky character. The result is a rich, smooth infusion with a bold yet refined flavour, balanced by a surprisingly clean finish and a subtle coolness on the palate. Deeply aromatic and full of character, this historic tea is a favourite among those who appreciate robust, complex flavours.

Brewing Instructions: Use 1-2 teaspoon per cup. Infuse with freshly boiled water for 3–5 minutes to reveal its rich smoky aroma and smooth, warming character. Best enjoyed on its own.

Ingredients: Lapsang Souchong Black Tea
