Liquorice

Cut liquorice root offers a naturally rich, sweet flavour with subtle salty undertones, reminiscent of classic aniseed. It blends beautifully into herbal infusions, adding depth and natural sweetness without overpowering other ingredients.
A popular choice in traditional herbal tea blends, it pairs well with mint, chamomile, and spice-based infusions.
Note: Individuals with hypertension should avoid excessive consumption of liquorice root.

Brewing Guide:
Use 1 teaspoon per cup. Infuse with freshly boiled water at 95–100°C for 5–7 minutes to allow the full sweetness and flavour of the root to develop. Best enjoyed without milk.
