Mao Feng Green Tea

A refined Chinese green tea renowned for its delicate character, elegant appearance and fresh, uplifting flavour. Meaning “fur peak”, Mao Feng refers to the fine, tender leaves and buds traditionally harvested in the early spring when the tea plant is at its most vibrant. This carefully crafted tea produces a pale golden infusion with gentle floral notes, subtle sweetness, fresh vegetal hints and a clean, refreshing finish.

Brewing Guide:
Use 1–2 teaspoons per cup. Bring freshly drawn water to the boil, then allow it to cool for 2–3 minutes to reach around 75–80°C. Infuse for 2–3 minutes to preserve the delicate flavour and aroma of the tea. Best enjoyed without milk.

Cold Brew Guide:
Use 1–2 teaspoons per 350ml of cold water. Infuse in the refrigerator for 4–8 hours for a smooth, refreshing Cold Brew with delicate floral notes and a naturally sweet finish. Strain before serving over ice.
