Morrocan Mint

Inspired by the traditional mint teas of Morocco, this refreshing blend combines the distinctive character of Chinese Pinhead Gunpowder green tea with the cooling freshness of peppermint. The tightly rolled green tea leaves create a smooth, lightly toasted base, beautifully balanced by the bright, invigorating aroma of peppermint. The result is a crisp, refreshing infusion with a clean finish and a wonderfully uplifting character.

Brewing Guide:
Use 1–2 teaspoons per cup. Bring freshly drawn water to the boil, then allow it to cool for 2–3 minutes to reach around 80–85°C. Infuse for 2–3 minutes, allowing the leaves to gently unfurl and release their fresh, vibrant flavour. Best enjoyed without milk.

Cold Brew Guide:
Use 1–2 teaspoons per 350ml of cold water. Infuse in the refrigerator for 4–8 hours for a naturally refreshing Cold Brew with a cooling mint character and smooth green tea flavour. Strain before serving over ice.
