Peppermint and Cocoa

A rich and refreshing herbal blend combining the cool, invigorating character of peppermint with the gentle chocolate aroma of cocoa husk. The natural sweetness and subtle roasted notes of cocoa husk create a smooth, comforting base, beautifully lifted by the bright freshness of peppermint. The result is a unique caffeine-free infusion with hints of chocolate, a refreshing mint finish and a wonderfully indulgent aroma.

Brewing Guide:
Use 1–2 teaspoons per cup. Infuse with freshly boiled water at 95–100°C for 5–7 minutes to allow the full chocolate and mint flavours to develop. Best enjoyed without milk.

Cold Brew Guide:
Use 1–2 teaspoons per 350ml of cold water. Infuse in the refrigerator for 6–8 hours, or overnight for a smooth and refreshing iced infusion with delicate cocoa notes and a cooling peppermint finish. Strain before serving over ice.

We are curently unable to find a reliable source of cocoa husk that does not carry a nut warning. We pack these teas in a separate room to prevent contamination of our other teas.
