Peppermint is well known for its cooling, soothing effect on the digestive system and is often used to help calm an upset stomach. It can be especially enjoyable after a meal, as many people find it helps support comfortable digestion. The refreshing flavour and aroma of peppermint also make it a popular choice as an after-dinner tea.
Brewing Instructions:
Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup. Infuse with freshly boiled water for 5–7 minutes to release the fresh, invigorating flavour and naturally cooling aroma of peppermint. Allow the leaves to fully infuse for a smooth, refreshing cup. Best enjoyed without milk.
Cold Brew Guide:
Use 1–2 teaspoons per 350ml of cold water. Infuse in the refrigerator for 6–8 hours, or overnight for a naturally cooling and refreshing Cold Brew . Strain before serving over ice.
