Sencha

A premium Sencha green tea sourced from the renowned tea-growing region of Anhui Province in eastern China. This exceptional tea produces a vibrant emerald-green infusion with a delicate aroma and a smooth, mellow character. Light-bodied and refreshing, it offers a clean, balanced flavour with subtle vegetal notes and a naturally sweet finish, making it an ideal choice for both everyday enjoyment and moments of quiet relaxation.

Brewing Guide:
Use 1–2 teaspoons per cup. Bring freshly drawn water to the boil, then allow it to cool for 2–3 minutes to reach around 70–80°C. Infuse for 1–3 minutes to preserve the delicate flavour and fresh character of the tea. Best enjoyed without milk.

Cold Brew Guide:
Use 1–2 teaspoons per 350ml of cold water. Infuse in the refrigerator for 4–8 hours for a smooth, naturally sweet Cold Brew with delicate green tea notes and a refreshing finish. Strain before serving over ice.
